President's "3 Highs" Awareness Campaign 2020

3 Highs Awareness Campaign(3H) in RY2019/20 is led by President Zed Zariman.

The missions of the campaign are to create health awareness among the public by offering them free health screening tests, and to promote healthy lifestyles with references to their daily food intake and physical activities.

 

3H Program

The tests comprise of BMI, blood sugar and cholesterol checks. All test results are instantaneous, and participants are given free health consultation on site by doctors and pharmacists.

The campaign targeted at low and middle income groups who cannot afford to pay the cost of medical checks. In total, 5 outreach campaigns are carried out between July 2019 and February 2020, benefiting more than 1200 people.
