Covid Emergency BRCR Support

BRDB-ROTARY CHILDREN RESIDENCE (BRCR) is our best long term community service project and is always at the center of our community service efforts.

It came to our attention by chairman of BRCR Exco Committee that the “BRCR monthly operating expenses is about RM60,000. With the serious Covid pandemic, BRCR started having online classes. Therefore, to assist with learning, we, not only, installed 30 extra plug points for the computer use but donated new computers to the residence. The cheapest quote received was about RM3,000 and this was inclusive of plug point installation and premises maintenance expenses.”

Community Service and BOD approved RM 3000 cash contribution for this noble cause.
