Sustainability Plan – HELP University – RCKLDiRaja Financial Assistance Program (Bursary)

1. Financial Sustainability:

• HELP University has committed RM5 million over five years to support the bursary program.

• The funds will cover full tuition for selected students pursuing Foundation, Diploma, Degree, and Master’s programs.

2. Community Engagement:

• Regular outreach through schools, webinars, and events to create awareness and attract applicants.

• Local Rotary Clubs to help reach underprivileged communities

• Continuous public communication to maintain visibility and encourage participation.

3. Leadership Cycle:

• Students are encouraged to join the HELP Rotaract Club, fostering leadership and service.

• Alumni are invited to become mentors to new applicants, reinforcing a culture of giving back.

• Involving former beneficiaries as speakers and advocates during outreach programs.

4. Ongoing Support:

• Bursary committee composed of Rotarians and educators to ensure transparency and quality control.

• Dedicated subcommittees to handle various aspects such as receiving applications, application screening and application interviews

5. Monitoring & Improvement:

• Continuous data collection and evaluation to track student progress and project outcomes.

• Feedback loops to ensure quality improvement and address challenges as they arise.
