Organised the finals for the Promotion of Healthy Lifestyle project, Mass Simultaneous Skipping for Heath at Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur and venues in Penang, Teluk Intan, Kota Bharu, Temerloh, Karak, Raub, Seremban and Kuching with the participation of local Rotary clubs. A record attendance of 8,608 participants was certified by Malaysia Book of Records as the largest recorded simultaneous skipping event and an Award Certificate issued.
Donated and installed 11 Air Conditioners at classrooms of Taman Maluri School for hypersensitive / handicapped children.
Presented 60 wheelchairs to handicapped children from various schools with the assistance from the Special Education Department.
Donated English books on business worth RM20,000 to the Shah Alam Library to promote literacy and also allocated RM10,000 each for books for a Chinese and Indian school.
Launched the Rotary Cancer Welfare Fund with support from Beacon Hospital, Tung Shin Hospital, University Hospital (UMMC), Cancer Research Initiative Foundation (CARIF) and Hospis Malaysia. Also secured the involvement of a panel of oncologists and distinguished doctors. Raised seed funds of
RM339, 000 and presented the first medical grant of RM7,000 to a needy cancer patient from Beacon Hospital.
Raised RM120,000 via our 86th Year Installation Dinner for our club’s projects and the Kuala Lumpur Rotary Charity Foundation.
Secured the final building plans approval for our BRDB-Rotary Children’s Residence (Home for Abandoned Children). The site was formally handed over to the appointed building contractor under a RM6.5 million contract. Work commenced in June 2014.
Introduced and organised Rotary-Rotaract Entrepreneurial series of talks to promote Rotaract membership growth and interaction with captains of industry with sponsorships from AIA, Allianz and Valiram.
Organised visit to Infineon factory, Malacca, to promote understanding of vocation and ethical standards at work.
Organised a special education course in English and computer skills for 30 single mothers to improve their education and qualification at SOLS for better employment opportunities with a supporting contribution of RM50,000 from the Social Care Foundation.
Together with the Rotaract Club of Kuala Lumpur, organised a “Dengue Buster Run” which raised RM120,000 for an Anti-Dengue Campaign. This also includes a competition to invent and build the most practical and cost-effective mosquito trap for distribution.
Updated and redesign the President's Jewel of Office with inclusion of the historical Sultan Sulaiman Building, Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as icons synonymous with Kuala Lumpur in 3 dimensional engravings.

Received preliminary Global Grant approval of USD140,000 for our BRDB-Rotary Children’s Residence project (Home for Abandoned Children) with support and contributions from sister clubs, RCs Taipei Southgate, Makati, Raffles City, Singapore, Hatyai Nakarin and Phuket.
Donated P444,000 to help victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the southern part of the Philippines.
Our PDG Dato’ Jimmy Lim was admitted into the prestigious Arch C Klumph Society in recognition of his financial contributions to The Rotary Foundation.
