Donation of 10 Dialysis machines to Pusat Dialisis Tuanku Syed Putra. Raised funds worth RM 500,000 for this project.
Organised Charity Golf at the Mines Resort Golf Club. The guest of honour was His Majesty Yang Di Pertuan Agong on 10 April 2005. The Minister of Home Affairs , YB Atuk Azmi Khalid, was one of the invited guests. Raised RM 50,000 and 30 wheelchairs for donation to victims of tsunami in Aceh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia in January 2005. Raised RM 18,000 for donation to the flood victims in Bangladesh in August 2004.
Jointly organised with Siemens Malaysia a Health Screening programme for over 600 residents of Kampung Sg. Lui, Hulu Langat. This project, costing over RM 30,000, was funded by Siemens. Donated 8 computers to the school children of Kampung Sg. Lui. Launched the District Literacy Read & Write Campaign at Kampung Sg Lui. Janda Baik Orang Asli Settlement<br> Organised a Health Screening programme for the orang asli settlers in March 2005 at Janda Baik. Donated medicine, food supplements and food provisions, and fish feed to families.
Scholarship Programme for primary school children
Awarded scholarships worth RM 50,000 to primary school children from 8 schools in the Klang valley. Major sponsor of funds was HSBC Bank.
Club presented award for Excellent Vocational Service to Michael Chong of MCA Complaints Board and also to 5 teacher advisors to the Interact clubs of 5 schools.
Provided key making machine to pot-polio member of Persatuan Cacat. Awarded a scholarship of RM 9,000 to a member of the Ozanam Home to complete her course in Hotel Management at a local university. Rtn Willie Tham and friends raised over RM 70,000 for a medical student to complete his final year medical degree at International Medical University. Donated RM 5,000 to RACTAR, a residential and training home for orphanage girls.
Donated RM 5,000 to Agathian Home, a residential home for abused children. Donated RM 3,000 to Daybreak Centre, a day care and training centre for the disabled and handicapped.
Donated RM 10,000 worth of beds and wheelchairs to Wisma Harapan, a residential centre for the severely handicapped in Kuala Kubu Baru.
